PARTICIPANTS OF THE CONFERENCE

Receipt of your registration will be confirmed via e-mail. The account number for the on-line conference participation prepayment will be sent to your mailing address. Once the payment is made, the organizer will issue a VAT invoice that will be sent to the e-mail address of the registration contact person.

Your cancellation should be submitted in writing to w.wiater@pws-promedia.pl not later than 48hrs before the beginning of the conference. Should a participant fail to report their cancellation in writing, they shall be charged with the participation expenses according to their registration, also in the case of their absence during the event.

Please be informed that pursuant to Article 13 sections 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation dated 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as Ordinance):
1. The Controller of your personal data is Polskie Wydawnictwa Specjalistyczne ProMedia Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Warsaw, 04-386 Warszawa (hereinafter PROMEDIA).
2. The data protection coordinator at PROMEDIA is: Piotr Krajewski, p.krajewski@pws-promedia.pl
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of executing your order on the website: www.hitpoland.pl.
4. Your personal data shall be retained until the order has been completed, taking into consideration the period necessary to consider a complaint and perform the right to withdraw from the contract.
5. You have the right to access the content of your personal data and the right to rectify or erase them, restrict their processing, transfer them, object, withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
6. You may execute your entitlements specified under point 5 above by submitting an appropriate written declaration and sending it by mail, courier mail to the Controller’s address.
7. You have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (GIODO) if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation.
8. The provision of your personal data is the contractual condition for using the Website.
