Marlena Kosiura

She began her career working for many years as a journalist for the Polish Press Agency specializing in political and economic issues. For more than a dozen years she has been associated 
with the commercial real estate market, in particular hotels and vacation rentals. She provides analysis, consulting and advisory services to the real estate industry, tourist destinations and spas. 

He is the founder of the portal InwestycjewKurortach.pl and its chief analyst. Since 2008, she has been keeping a close eye on the development in Poland of the condohotels and holiday apartments market, apartments for short-term rent in resorts and cities, analyzing new projects, business conditions of such projects, as well as uncertainties prevailing in this segment in our country. 

She is the author of numerous reports and a regular commentator in publications on resorts and the real estate market in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Forbes, Polityka, Rzeczpospolita, Puls Biznesu, Parkiet, Gazeta Wyborcza. She regularly appears as an expert at major real estate, hotel and business events, including the Polish Real Estate Summit, Hotel Trends, Capital Market Forum, Hotel Meeting, Finance and Investment Forum, Investment Forum of "Parkiet", among others.
