Hotel Investments of the Year is meant to recognize the best investments, investors and companies working for the hotel industry that have a major impact on the development and shape of the Polish hotel industry image.

Winners of the HOTEL INVESTMENT OF THE YEAR 2024 Competition will be selected by means of a vote of the Jury in the following categories
- Interior Design Studio
- Architecture Firm of the Year
- Hotel Investor of the Year
- Hotel Investment of the Year
- “Hotelarz” Readers’ Hotel Investment of the Year
Nominations and selection of finalists
- Finalists in each of the categories will be selected and announced by the editorial board of “Hotelarz”, following consultations with the Jury.
- The independent Jury, consisting of industry organizations representatives, hotel chains CEOs, architects and designers (Jury composition will be announced in April 2022) will select winners from among the finalists.
- “Hotelarz” Readers’ Hotel Investment of the Year 2022 is a special category of the competition. Its winner will be selected by the votes of the “Hotelarz” readers who will be able to vote for the submitted facilities trough an on-line app.
- Results of the competition, as well as the prestigious awards ceremony will take place during the evening gala of the Hotel Investment Trends Poland & CEE industry conference
