Alla Shamova

Alla has been holding leading positions in various departments of the group for the past 10 years. In her role, she leads and manages the project assessment, asset underwriting, real estate asset development, the ongoing asset operations while also overseeing the relationships between the investors. She has been involved in an extensive number of residential, commercial and hospitality projects in Ukraine, CEE region and Cyprus.
Currently, she leads a multimillion portfolio of commercial and hospitality real estate assets with the main focus being the hospitality industry.
Alla holds MA in International Business.
