Nicolas Horky

Nicolas has over 15 years of experience in hotel real estate. He started his career in Prague with Orco Property Group in 2005 working on the MaMaison Hotels & Residences and Suncani Hvar portfolios. ​

He later started his own consulting business (2009) focusing on real estate and the hotel asset class and joined Principal Real Estate Europe in 2015. In 2020 he moved back to Prague to work with Group Ott on its hotel business and recently joined Cushman & Wakefield as Head of Hotel Transactions for CEE and SEE.
